Manfred started his career as Aircraft Mechanic and holds a Part 66 Maintenance license. After finishing his avocational  studies he worked for  the Austrian Aviation Authority and  EASA in the fields of Initial- and Continuous Airworthiness. Moreover he gathered experience as COO while working for an international Aircraft Manufacturer.

Manfred is an accredited Aviation Auditor for EN/AS 9100/9110 and is focusing on design and production activities and for developing the Management System within Skytec.

Martin is an ever since aviation enthusiast with 15 years experience in the field of EASA Part 21 Design-, and Production. He holds a Master’s degree in Air Traffic Management and with his skills in Program Management and know how as qualified EASA Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE), he’s assisting clients in any certification aspects and program management.

Martin is focusing on all external affairs inclusive Sales, Marketing and Business development of Skytec.

FH JOANNEUM Graz (University of Applied Sciences) – Institute of AviationAs part of the engineering department, degree programs in aviation prepare students for a professional career in a highly internationalized high-tech sector and are thus particularly challenging. Teaching and research at the Institute of Aviation combine scientific theory and practical application, working in close collaboration with regional, national and international partners. The aviation institute’s mobility research focuses on unmanned aircraft and aircraft systems, aerodynamics and thermal management, especially aircraft icing and associated de-icing systems. This portfolio is complemented by research activities in lightweight design, cabin furnishing aspects, and new, easily recyclable materials which are of key importance in aviation engineering. The Institute of Aviation is part of the Department of Engineering, which is equipped with state-of-the-art testing facilities, simulators and cutting-edge design and simulation tools. The profound expertise of our staff is continuously advanced in direct industrial collaborations, nationally funded projects and coordination and participation in EU projects. Collaboration opportunities include but are not limited to collaboration with partners in research contracts or funded research projects and the exploration of research questions as part of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses.
